How to exchange?

If you have ordered the wrong O-rings and you want to exchange them, you can return the O-rings and place a new order. If we have received the incorrectly ordered O-rings, we will immediately refund the amount of the wrongly ordered O-rings.

You have the right to return your product without reason within a period of 14 days. The 14-day period starts when you have received the order.
